THE COTTAGE:
Is fully appointed with a complete kitchen which includes:
Microwave, rotisserie/toaster oven, 2 blenders, an electric wok, coffee maker, two refrigerators (which our family finds indispensible when they visit). All kinds of cookware and dishes, wine glasses, utensils, pot holders, table cloths/cloth dinner napkins, condiments, a stacked front loading washer and dryer plus outside lines. Local telephone access, CD/tape player, and Satellite Dish TV, DVD player, books and magazines.
You will find beach chairs for everyone plus a large LL Bean beach bag, 2 coolers, beach toys which include sand castle "building tools", floats and boogie boards. There are games plus 2 tables and lots of seating on the veranda. Two charcoal grills (one portable for the beach) and one on the back patio.
All rooms have high ceilings and every room has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have A/C (but you may not need it as you will be treated to tropical breezes 24/7 with the ocean so close by).
For your convenience - we also provide extra bedding, beach and bath towels, hair dryer, curling iron, a first aid kit, and sundries.
