Tranquility by the Sea offers you the sight and sound of surf
when it's up and if you love wildlife - this is the place to be!
A preserved area with lagoon just behind the cottage is home to many
varieties of island birds. We enjoy daily visits from egrets as they fly in
for a quick drink at the waterlily garden in the side yard.
Large iguanas live and forage in the trees at the outer
edges of our property. In the afternoon - you will see them
wandering into the back lawn. When the bottle brush tree is in blossom - -
it is alive with the clicking of hummingbirds and
the always comical - yellow banana keats.
Tranquility by the Sea is a nature lovers and photographers delight.

In season rates: November 1 through April 30 - $1250 per week
Off season rates: May 1 through October 31 - $875 per week
Holiday rates: Easter, Presidents week, Christmas/New Years,
and Thanksgiving - - $1600 per week
(We book by the day if you can't make it for a whole week. Minimum stay is 4 nights)
All rates subject to 7% tourism tax of P.R.
Booking with us is easy: A deposit of half down to book and the balance
due one month prior to your arrival.
Vieques Island is US dollars, you don't need to know Spanish!! It's a great destination
for families or individuals wanting to experience a unique vacation in US territory!
